__enter__ runs when entering the with block and returns the managed resource (bound to m). __exit__ runs when leaving the block — whether normally or due to an exception. Returning False from __exit__ lets exceptions propagate. Returning True would suppress them. The with statement guarantees cleanup even if an exception occurs inside the block — this is safer than try/finally for resource management.
